Version dated
SearchNovaSF studies how AI engines describe brands. That work involves public web pages and AI answers, not the private lives of your customers. This notice lists the small amount of personal information we do handle, and the limits we keep on it.
Who is responsible
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, an Indian company, runs SearchNovaSF and decides how this information is used. Write to hello@searchnovasf.online with anything about your data, or reach us through the audit intake form.
What we collect, and from whom
- People who request an audit: the name, email address, brand type, website, markets and notes typed into the form.
- People at client companies: contracts, invoices, emails and meeting notes that arise from our work together.
- Account access, if you choose to grant it, to tools such as Search Console, always as a named user role.
What we deliberately avoid
We do not need customer lists, order data or anything about your buyers, and we ask clients not to send it. The prompts we put to AI engines are written by us from your public information; we do not paste confidential client material or personal data into AI tools.
Purposes
Replying to audit requests, carrying out contracted work, meeting accounting and legal obligations, and keeping this website secure. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to advertisers.
Cookies
The only cookie on this site is a short-lived session token that lets the intake form reject forged submissions. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
Service providers
Our web host and email provider process information for us. Where a client asks, we also use that client's own accounts on analytics or search tools. Authorities receive information only when the law compels it. Clients stay unnamed publicly unless they agree in writing.
Where information is handled
The studio operates from India, and some providers are based elsewhere, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
How long we keep it
- Intake form submissions with no follow-on work: deleted after one year at most.
- Access to client tools: withdrawn when the work ends.
- Invoices and signed agreements: held for the period tax law sets.
Choices you have
Anyone may request a copy of their data held by the studio, have it corrected or removed, or object to how it is used. Residents of the EU, the UK, California and a number of other US states have legal rights along these lines. After confirming it is really you, we respond within the time the applicable law allows.
Revisions
If we change this notice in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too. The contract terms are set out in the terms of service, and kit prices on the pricing page.
